My own new beginning
Time and time again, I have started over. Changed direction. Through divorce, moving where the Army sent our family, and career changes. Welcoming new life and saying goodbye with deaths.
This very blog was created during a time of new beginning. I started blogging as a way to document my journey into a healthier life, with regular exercise and clean eating. I thought that writing about it would help me to stay accountable and I hoped that it might inspire others to do the same.
