Can I have milk on my breakfast cereal on Weight Watchers?
You can have milk, but remember that one cup of whole cow's milk is 7 SmartPoints on all Plans. You're much better off with skim milk at 3 SmartPoints or unsweetened (no sugar added) almond milk at just 1 SmartPoint per cup!
