How do I remove my subscription from Plink? ›

If you find the need to cancel, there is no obligation or fee and you can cancel by contacting us at info@plink.ai. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Program.

If your use of the Site or any Subscription is terminated by The Economist, you will be entitled to receive a refund of any credits or pre-payments which remain unused at the time of termination unless such use is terminated because you are in breach of these Terms (which will be determined solely by The Economist).

If you purchased your Subscription directly with The Economist Group then, unless specifically stated in any Subscription offer or promotion when you place your Subscription order, you have the right to cancel your Subscription at any time.

Contact the company that runs the subscription you want to cancel. If the company has instructions on how to cancel, follow those. Keep a copy of your cancellation request, along with notes about any conversations you had and how and when you canceled. Watch your bank or credit card statements.

One solution is to send letters revoking your authorization to the subscription company and your bank. Some banks offer ready-made online forms to help you do so. Another way is to give your bank a stop payment order in person, over the phone, or in writing.
