Five Ways To Win A New C8 Corvette (2024)

Let’s face it, the mid-engine, LT2-driven C8 is the darling of both enthusiasts and the automotive media right now. Even YouTubers are using the General’s newest platform to help get views and boost their page’s status. While not everyone will have a video homepage or website where they could flaunt the new mid-engine Corvette, we’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who couldn’t find room in their garage or have some fun driving one!

Many organizations understand the appeal for the all-new car and are using it to help raise much-needed funds for either their organization or a specific charity they support. They offer up a brand-new C8 Corvette which one lucky participant will own once the sun sets on that particular opportunity. While each opportunity has different rules and dates of completion, there are some specific legalities that must be adhered to, or else you, or the organization would need to face the consequences. Even the terms used to describe the program are under scrutiny and some entities may be able to call it a “sweepstakes” or “raffle”, others will simply title it a “Giveaway”. It’s getting harder and harder to give stuff away, and it all boils down to the fine print.

That is why, even though we are highlighting some great ways to possibly find yourself as the owner of a brand-new C8 Corvette, we also recommend you check out the entities’ disclaimer page. That’s the only way you’ll really know what is offered, and what you are responsible for if you are the designated winner. Each opportunity has its own level of buy-in, but even then, you may still be on the hook for the taxes. Either way, each option here is still a great way to help out one of these organizations and if you’re the lucky winner, you’ll get a C8 for pennies on the dollar. The best part is, you’ll enjoy all the “views” without all the hassle of uploading videos or updating a website.

Dream Giveaway

Five Ways To Win A New C8 Corvette (1)

The Dream Giveaway group is no stranger to Lsxmag.com readers. They’ve been running “Giveaways” for a while and they always couple some great vehicles to make for some awesome opportunities. This one revolves around TWO awesome Corvettes, and as if you needed more reasons to take a chance, they also give you money to go toward the taxes! But don’t wait too long. This opportunity has less than a month to go before these Corvettes go to the lucky winner!

The Dream Giveaway group has packaged a brand-new 2020 Corvette and a greatly-upgraded 1962 Corvette as the prize for one very lucky winner. The C8 features Torch Red Paint, a 6.2L V-8 engine, the 3LT Premium Equipment Package, the Z51 Performance Package, and an MSRP of more than $90,000.

The ’62 Corvette is powered by a 430hp, 376ci LS3 engine, a 4L65-E automatic transmission, an Art Morrison chassis, Wildwood brakes, and beefy 17-inch wheels and tires. Less than 200 miles were driven on this amazing Corvette since its restoration was completed last year.

We have personally driven each of these cars and can attest that they both perform amazingly, and in their own way. Each one will bring its own form of joy to the lucky winner. You can click HERE to get your chance to win these two awesome Corvettes, and as an added bonus for LSXmag.com readers, type in the promo code “LSX” and we’ll hook you up with BONUS TICKETS when you enter to win!

Another entity that has a long history of awarding awesome Corvettes to lucky individuals is the National Corvette Museum. The NCM runs several “raffles” each year and actually, you could go to the NCM’s website and sign up for the chance to win a Torch Red C8 or the opportunity to “Build Your Own” C8. Both raffles are independent of each other, but that shouldn’t stop you from signing up for both of them!

The Torch Red 2021 Corvette features the LT2 engine and eight-speed DCT transmission as all other C8s right now, but also includes these items:

  • Performance Exhaust with Aggressive Exhaust Sound
  • 5-Trident Spoke Machined-Face Spectra Gray-Painted Aluminum Wheels
  • Bright Red-Painted Calipers
  • 2LT Equipment Group with Jet Black leather interior including GT2 Bucket Seats
  • Body-Color Removable Roof Package
  • Engine Appearance Package
  • Front Lift Adjustable Height with Memory
  • HD Front and Rear Vision Cameras
  • Chrome Exterior Badge Package
  • Battery Protection Package
  • Front License Plate Bracket
  • Corvette Museum Delivery

As you can imagine, the “Build Your Own” winner will have the opportunity to create their own list of the perfect C8 Corvette. There are only a few weeks left for the Torch Red Corvette and the BYO Corvette ends on Thursday, January 14th. Check out the NCM website for more info.

The Ronald McDonald House of Central Valley was started with a great deal of excitement and support from the local community and partnership with Valley Children’s Hospital in California. It is located adjacent to Valley Children’s Hospital, and the facilities’ 22,000 sq. ft. “house” is a refuge for families with children receiving treatment. The Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley has 18 bedrooms, each of which is at 100% capacity every night.

The annual drawings are the RMHCV’s biggest fundraiser every year. 2020 marks the 27th year Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Central Valley has conducted a Collector Car Drawing. Besides this 2020 Corvette, they also have a 1966 Corvette Sting Ray and other cars and awards which you can opt-in to help the charity raise the necessary funds.

The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame has offered up some pretty amazing Corvettes in the past and this year they are ahead of the curve, offering up this 2021 C8 Corvette. The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum is the only museum in the world solely dedicated to sprint car racing. The 2021 Z51 Corvette Stingray drawing is a fundraiser to support the continued operation of the 501(c)(3) non-profit National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum located in Knoxville, Iowa. You can find out more information about the National Sprint Car HOF and its 2021 Corvette drawing on the National Sprint Car HOF website. This one will give you a little bit more time, as the window for submissions runs through August 21, 2021.

Each drawing is as different as the cars that are being offered, so it pays to read the fine print. But, if you’re like us, you’ll be hard-pressed not to try your hand at each one of these awesome opportunities. We wouldn’t blame you if you did, and we’d be just as envious as everyone else of the winners of each of these awesome cars. Good luck!
