Tracy Hui

With over 30 years of experience as a hair stylist, Tracy has worked in some of the best hair salons in Hong Kong. She is known for delivering salon-worthy results for her clients and specialises in highlights, dimensional hair cutting, colouring and styling for special occasions.

Yasmine Winnie Lau

Yasmine Lau started her hairstyling career 25 years ago where her talents were recognised early on by winning the Schwarzkopf Young Artist Award in 2003. Having worked at several international and highly-regarded salons in Hong Kong and at Jean Louis David Academy in Paris, Yasmine is creative, versatile, and passionate about her craft. An expert at hair colour, contrast, balayage and hairstyling, Yasmine has been invited to do hair for international magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Harper’s Bazaar as well as for performing artists in Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and mainland China. She has long-standing loyal clienteles that include celebrities, actresses and singers.

Ringo Chiu

Ringo Chiu has been with The Mandarin Salon for over 28 years. Originally trained in the Vidal Sassoon method, he was able to further develop his talent at the world renowned Rossano Ferretti Salon in Italy where he honed his cutting and colouring skills. Ringo is equally at home with both men’s and women’s hairstyling and has a deep passion for eye-catching up-dos.

Daphine Ng

With over 25 years of hairdressing experience, Daphine Ng possesses a strong passion for creating beautiful styles for ladies and gentlemen and is particularly skilled at shorter hair styles.

Carroll Wong

Carroll studied at the Esmond Institute in Paris, she has almost Over 30 years of professional experience, starting with Le Salon Orient in Hong Kong, Carroll has also worked at a number of the leading Salons in Hong Kong prior to joining Mandarin Oriental.

Breno Filipe

Breno has 16 years of professional experience working in the salon industry. During this time, he spent 9.5 years honing his craft in Brazil, and 3 years working at The Mandarin Salon in Hong Kong from 2018-2020. Breno has specialised in techniques such as Highlights, Balayage, and Brazilian Hair Straightening since the start of his career. He is highly skilled in these areas, having received advanced training, including completing the esteemed Vidal Sassoon programme.

Raymond Ip

Commencing his hair career in 1980, Raymond Ip initially started as a Junior Stylist until completing his studies six years later. He then moved to Philip George Salon in Hong Kong as a full-time Stylist until 2000. To further enhance his skills, Raymond travelled to London to study with Toni & Guy and Vidal Sassoon before returning to open his own business in Central towards the end of the same year. After 10 successful years, Raymond joined a French salon in order to complete some advanced training in Paris before moving to The Mandarin Salon in 2019. Raymonds’ all round skills include cutting, colouring and styling.

Simon Yu

With more than 15 years of experience under his belt, Simon Yu has established himself as a highly skilled Style Director who is capable of catering to the needs of both male and female guests. His well-rounded expertise encompasses a wide range of services, from precision haircuts and sleek blowouts to vibrant color transformations and smoothing treatments.

Simon's keen eye for detail and innate understanding of hair texture ensures that he delivers good results. His mastery of coloring techniques, from natural color to highlights, allows him to seamlessly blend fashion-forward trends with each individual's unique aesthetic.

Anita Gurung

Having worked at The Mandarin Salon since 2016, Anita Gurung started as an Assistant, then became a Junior Stylist and studied under the tutelage of our Artistic Directors. Now a full-time Stylist in her own right, Anita’s broad skills cover cutting, colouring and blow dry techniques. She has a genuine flair for designing styles for weddings and special events, and is also a certified make-up artist.
