José Luis A I liked it a lot, it is a good continuation of the Star Wars Rebels serie, it has all the relation with the Star Wars stories that precede it. You’ll struggle to care about most of these characters, and the ones that do pique your interest will be sidelined in a mystifying creative choice. Clearly written as the first of at least 2 seasons, I can only hope the next step is better thought through. I don't like how they portray lightsabers, if some one gets stabbed with lightsaber he should die. It should boil internal organs, like it did melt steel doors in Phantom Menace. There should be lasting consequences of mistakes like lost limbs and permanent injuries that constrain protagonist and make them over come this new reality. Here Sabina is just fine to go without even needing recovery time, it makes it feel like there are no stakes during fights . Sabine is one of the most selfish, irritating characters to hit the screen in years. Hera is basically there for the shots of her booty as she’s basically useless.On other words all the characters we liked from Rebels have been decimated in favor of soulless, uninteresting bores who spend 90 percent of the episodes spinning their wheels and doing nothing. And don’t get me started on Thrawn. His constant bad decisions and ineptitude followed by, “I meant to do that” was almost comical. Not smart people can’t write smart characters.
